Welcome to the Port Washington Soccer Club Travel Soccer Program!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation in our travel soccer program, and submit your initial payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
Before continuing, you will be asked to provide certain items during registration, including:
1. Copy of your player's birth certificate (due to changes in leagues' software platforms, we will need to re-upload all birth certificates for the 2022-23 season)
2. Current headshot of your player (for rosters and player cards - should be recent and head only)
3. Current jersey number (for existing players only)
Please have those handy before proceeding.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Port Washington Soccer Club.
Please ONLY register for our travel soccer program if you've been instructed by a club official, including our Director of Coaching, to do so. Roster spots are for invited players only, so registration without an invitation may result in a refund of the fees and deletion of the registration.
